Sales of products via the Internet are governed by articles 45 to 67 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code). This legislation provides the consumer with the right to withdraw from contracts or contractual proposals, guaranteeing him the right to return the purchased product and to obtain reimbursement of the expenses incurred. The right of withdrawal does not apply to audiovisual products and sealed computer software products opened by the consumer, nor to sealed goods that do not lend themselves to being returned for hygienic reasons or connected to the protection of health that have been opened after delivery.
The Customer is responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from a handling different from that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products, such as:
- in the absence of the original packaging;
- in the absence of integral elements of the product (salt tablets, etc.).
The right of withdrawal is reserved exclusively for consumers (natural persons who purchase goods not for purposes related to their professional, commercial or entrepreneurial activity), therefore they cannot be exercised by legal persons and natural persons acting for purposes related to the activity professional activity eventually carried out.
The costs of returning the product are charged to the Customer.
Methods and times for exercising the right of withdrawal
The Customer has a period of 14 (fourteen) days to withdraw.
The withdrawal period ends after 14 (fourteen) days from receipt of the goods or, in the case of services, from the conclusion of the contract. By this deadline, the Customer must notify Perle di Sale of its intention to withdraw from the contract in one of the following ways:
- delivering the product at the point of sale, during opening hours.
If the Customer decides to use this method of exercising the right of withdrawal, he must not send any written communication.
- iby sending a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt or a telegram or a fax, or any other explicit communication of the decision to withdraw, to the following address / number:

- by connecting to the Contact Us section by filling in the appropriate electronic form.
Within 3 (three) working days from receipt of the notice of withdrawal, Perle di Sale will send the Customer the Return Authorization Number (NAR) to the e-mail address indicated in the order or in the withdrawal request, which will identify the case.
Within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt of the Return Authorization Number (NAR), the Customer will, at his own expense, ship the carefully packaged product, indicating on the packaging the Return Authorization Number (NAR) assigned by Perle di Sale, at the following address:

The deadline is considered to be met if the Customer sends the product before the period of 14 (fourteen) days expires.
Methods and times for reimbursement to the Customer of the product cost and shipping costs
The refund is managed based on the method chosen for the withdrawal, or through the online channel or the return of the product to the store.
Online withdrawal
If you decide to cancel by mail / registered mail / fax, returning the product by sending it (as indicated above), the refund procedure is as follows:
- pursuant to article 56 of Legislative Decree 206/05 Perle di Sale will reimburse all payments within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which it became aware of the Customer's right of withdrawal , including delivery costs (except for the additional costs deriving from the choice of a type of delivery other than the less expensive type of standard delivery offered by Perle di Sale); in any case, the Customer will not incur any costs as a result of such reimbursement.
Perle di Sale may withhold the reimbursement until it has received the whole product or until the Customer has demonstrated that it has sent back the goods, depending on which situation occurs first.
For purchases made with one of the following payment methods:
cash on delivery - bank transfer - payment on site, Perle di Sale will proceed with the reimbursement by bank transfer.
For purchases made by credit card payment, the refund will be made by transferring the transaction directly to the credit card.
For purchases made through PayPal payment the refund will be made by crediting the Customer's account.
Withdrawal with return of the product on site
The refund is managed based on the payment method chosen during the order, such as:
- online payment: the reimbursement can be made through an online transaction on a credit card / paypal account, or through a voucher or bank transfer, or directly in the store, via a return card (Easy Gift) for the purpose of a subsequent point of sale purchase.
- payment on-site: the reimbursement takes place directly in the shop when the product is returned, using the same method of payment originally made.
