We accept the most common credit cards, including prepaid and rechargeable cards, issued exclusively on the Italian territory: Visa, Mastercard, Diners, American Express, Carta Aura.
With payment by credit card, no supplement will be charged.
For all credit cards it is necessary to enter the CVV2 code otherwise the order is canceled. For Visa, Mastercard and Diners credit cards, the CVV2 corresponds to the last 3 digits found on the back of the card, while for Amex credit cards the code is 4 digits and is found on the front of the credit card.

It may happen that, after entering your credit card details and CVV2, an additional code or some specific data is also required. This is because some banking institutions require a precise procedure to enable the use of credit cards online. To learn how to enable credit card purchases online or to know the code to enter, you must contact your bank directly.
When the credit card information is entered, the bank is only asked for authorization to spend on the credit card. In some cases the banks notify the customer by sending an SMS. The reception of the sms is NOT indicative of the debit of the card but only of the block of the plafond necessary for the purchase.
The actual debit on the credit card takes place only when the products are shipped. Perle di Sale confirms the assignment of the order to the Courier by sending a text message and an email to the addresses indicated by the Customer in the same order: only at this time the amount is debited to the credit card.
The order paid by credit card before being entrusted to the Courier, could be subjected, directly with the relative banking institution, to a "verification of genuineness" (verification with which the effective ownership of the credit card is ascertained).
In the event that a "verification of authenticity" is activated, the customer will be notified by Perle di Sale via e-mail.
This verification requires on average:
24 hours for orders placed with Visa and Mastercard credit cards;
2 Business Days for orders placed with an Amex and Diners credit card for amounts over € 400.00.
If the bank communicates to Perle di Sale any irregularity relating to the credit card used, Perle di Sale will proceed with the cancellation of the order by giving simultaneous communication via e-mail.
PayPal is an online payment system that provides for the opening of an account with PayPal.
By choosing this mode, after clicking "send order", you are redirected to a page on the PayPal site where you can enter the e-mail and password of the Paypal account, in order to make the payment for the order.
For each transaction performed with this method, a confirmation e-mail from PayPal is sent.
The amount of the order is debited to the PayPal account at the time of taking charge of the order.
Perle di Sale confirms the assignment of the order to the Courier by sending a text message and an email to the addresses indicated by the Customer in the same order.
The order paid with PayPal, before being entrusted to the Courier, could be submitted directly with PayPal to a "verification of genuineness" (verification with which the actual ownership of the PayPal account is ascertained).
In the event that a "verification of authenticity" is activated, the customer will be notified by Perle di Sale via e-mail.
This verification takes on average 2 working days.
In the event that payment is made by registered users on foreign PayPal sites, the order will be processed on the first business day following creation.
Should PayPal notify Perle di Sale of any irregularity, Perle di Sale will proceed with the cancellation of the order, giving simultaneous notification via e-mail.
In case of cancellation the amount is refunded to the customer's PayPal account.
